The process begins with a confidential conversation about your concerns, symptoms, treatment history, and goals. You can also ask questions about our programs, insurance, and what treatment may involve.
We will gather information about your current needs and circumstances. This assessment helps our team identify an appropriate program and create a personalized treatment plan.
You can expect to be treated as a person, not a diagnosis. Our team provides a safe and welcoming space where you can participate honestly and work toward meaningful change.
Your needs may change during treatment. We will review your progress and adjust your care when appropriate so you continue receiving a suitable level of support.
We do not believe in using the same treatment plan for everyone. Your care is shaped by your symptoms, history, strengths, challenges, and goals.
Our intensive outpatient program, or IOP, provides regular treatment with more scheduling flexibility than PHP. It may allow clients to continue meeting certain work, school, or family responsibilities. IOP combines structure, therapy, and accountability while helping clients apply new skills in their everyday lives.
Our outpatient services provide ongoing mental health and substance use support with fewer treatment hours than PHP or IOP. This level of care offers greater independence while maintaining a connection to professional support. Outpatient treatment may be used as an initial level of care or as continued support following a more structured program.
Our programs support people experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or a combination of both.
Treatment may address:
Trust is built through honesty, consistency, and respect. We will listen to your concerns, explain your options clearly, and avoid pressuring you into a decision before you feel informed.
